Job Responsibilities : - Design and implement email, SMS, and push notification programs that help retain customers, cross-sell, up-sell - Develop a personalized communication strategy for NoBroker customers using email, SMS, app notifications, etc. - Use data and testing to optimize and improve the content and targeting for all customer communications including email, SMS, app notifications, etc. - Identify, acquire, and integrate new tools and technologies for marketing automation - Define, report on, and optimize key metrics Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing - Experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms - Good data analytics hands-on experience with web analytics tools - Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, a web analytics - Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution - Experience in SMS, email, push &amp; in-app marketing - Experience in re-engagement and remarketing
