NoBroker - Head - Loyalty & Referral Sales (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Drive Loyalty/Repurchase and Referral sales for NoBroker Primary Business vertical Plan and execute loyalty Rewards programmes
- Responsible for managing referral & repurchase activities from existing customers to meet defined sales targets
- Work with marketing team to continuously design & run campaigns/activities to increase regular engagement with customers
- Chalk out entire customer communication and oversee the execution within the defined programme period
- Define and monitor the success KPIs for each programme's health and work on continuous improvement
- Manage customer segmentation, targeting & deliver personalized support to customers
- Achieve shared goals of campaign ROI goals, sales and customer stickiness metrics
- Work closely with sales team to effectively manage sales pipeline and ensure conversion
Qualifications :
- Past experience in running strategic initiatives to improve overall business
- Critical thinking & problem solving ability
- 4-6 Years of past experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Relationship Management Roles
- Team management experience
- High on collaboration with other functions
- Prior real estate experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills
