General Manager- Pre Sales
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing a team of Relationship managers, Assistant Manager and Managers.
2. Audit Cases of RM's and Assistant Manager's and assisting them with their client's case
3. Ensure the team is achieving their weekly/monthly targets
4. Reviewing performance of the team and preparing reports
5. Assisting them with the sales pitch and Escalation Handling and active
6. Participation in site visit and deal closure
7. Meeting City level targets month driving team to get maximum numbers of closure
8. Project recommendation and follow-up communication to foster a long-term
9. Seeking referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients
Qualifications:
Pass out for Tier 1 Colleges (IIT, IIM, etc)
1. Prior team management experience and Strong sales background in individual capacity
2. Attention to detail and critical problem solving skills
3. B2C sales experience is preferred and Prior experience in target driven role
4. An above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities
5. Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms
6. Experience in direct residential sales will be an added advantage
7. High levels of passion and ownership and Have a passion for the real estate
8. Market and a hunger for sales
