Roles and responsibilities:

- Oversee timely execution of all projects and scheduled activities

- Maintain very good execution TAT for projects

- Ensure regular reports and updates are on time

- Partner and refer city vendors for operations requirements.

- Loan segment experience is a must (Would be better if the candidate holds home loan experience).

- Measure KPI's.

- Monitor team performance.

- Should be able to manage business & team in other cities remotely.
