- Leading a team by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth

- Responsible for the revenue generation from the loan team

- Responsible for tie-ups with different vendors / partners for better deals for the customers

- Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 10X growth in next one year

- Doing process innovation, leading efficiency enhancements with the help of technology and creating a high-output team

- Ensuring people synergy and effective communication across teams
