What you'll be doing: - Work with marketing team to understand and analyze web engagement, customer behavior, etc. and create marketing dashboards - Seek out opportunities for optimizing digital assets and improve performance of media channels or campaigns based on data using web analytics tools - Setup actionable reporting and design dashboards for various stakeholders - Work along with IT team to build technical specification document (data layer, tagging plan etc.) - Work on sms, email, push notifications campaign optimizations - Create and optimize lead pages Who we're looking for: - 1-4 years of experience in analytical role - Hands on experience in the field of Web analytics on tools like google analytics for analysis purposes (experience on ecommerce / retail businesses is a plus) - Expert in SQL and Excel - Experience should cover fields such as knowing web languages (HTML),Tag management, A/B testing - A decent understanding of advertising and digital marketing - Ability to draw conclusions from data and present the same to internal and external stakeholders
