Role: Assistant General Manager - B2C Inside Sales
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a team of Relationship managers.
- Audit Cases of RMs and Assistant Manager and assisting them with their client's case
- Ensure the team is achieving their weekly/monthly targets
- Reviewing performance of the team and preparing reports
- Assisting them with the sales pitch and Escalation Handling and active
- Participation in site visit and deal closure
- Meeting City level targets month driving team to get maximum numbers of closure
- Project recommendation and follow-up communication to foster a long-term
- Seeking referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients

- B2C sales experience is preferred and Prior experience in target driven role
- An above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Experience in direct residential sales will be an added advantage
- High levels of passion and ownership and Have a passion for the real estate market and a hunger for sales
