Roles and Responsibilities: - Implement Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories. - Collaborate with category marketing teams to execute the brandwise, statewise and seedwise volume plans - Lead concept and launch of local exhibitions, trade fairs, events and local conferences for all species in retail. - Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives. - Influence field sales leadership to align to Brand / Channel strategy - Develop impactful promotional concepts and mechanisms for customers and consumers in collaboration with other teams. - Provide relevant information to measure performance and impact of all short and long term promotional activities. - Responsible to ensure ROI of various activations in the BTL activations space - Other duties as assigned Education Qualification required - MBA from top Tier B-School or related field Key Skills and Attitude Required - Knowledge of current trade marketing trends, preferably in consumer markets and with promotional mechanism relevant to different customer groups - Demonstrated experience in branding and communication activities - Proven experience in trade marketing activities - Minimum three years of field leadership (ASM - GT sales) + two years of Regional /National Trade Marketing role experience - Should be from FMCG background or related industry Experience - Minimum 8- 12 years of experience in FMCG - MBA from top Tier B-School or related field - Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience with five years in general trade sales only - Other minimum qualifications may apply
