Role and Responsibilities: - Plan, organize and coordinate marketing campaigns/ budgets to provide the thrust for meeting the company's sales objective. - New Product Introduction: Exploring new product opportunities, coordination with R&D team for product development, Packaging Design, product research, Product Launch Plan, Launch Tracking. - Brand Planning: Making Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands. - ATL and BTL activities ( National Ad Campaign, Ground Activations, Digital and Print) - Product Management: Tracking the competitive landscape, accounting for pricing, product offering, product modification, packaging changes, product customization for different markets, formulate strategy for new customer acquisition etc. - Sales Data analysis and scheme design to counter competition activity. - Promotion Planning: Design and roll out of Consumer and trade promotions. - Coordination with various teams: Internal- Sales, R&D, Production, Purchase. External- Creative, Media Buying and Planning, BTL agencies. - Consumer research including Ad pretesting, brand health tracking, Product research, etc. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Any Graduate with MBA (Marketing) Preferred Skills: - Product Management - Product Planning - Marketing Strategy Formulation - Market Research & Analysis - New Product Launch & Promotion - Competitor Analysis - Vendor Managemen
