NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education is looking for a Product Manager to help build our homegrown Learning Management System and CRM. In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced academic admins, product managers and developers. You will enable them to provide a seamless learning experience to our students. Key Responsibilities - Work with functions to identify problem statement, refine requirements and create detailed BRDs - Participate in all agile ceremonies to prioritise and plan stories as per the Sprint Plan - Identify and integrate solutions to reduce human intervention and improve operational efficiency - Develop a strategic roadmap of granular modules under each function along with the functional stakeholders - Deep dive into the data to take decisions for feature improvement and process improvement Qualifications - Preferably Computer Science/Engineering Graduates - 3 years of product/design experience - Experience in setting up agile processes and tools like JIRA/Trello/Asana - Hands-on experience in analytical tools such as GA/Omniture, Tableau/PowerBi Soft Skills - Good Listener - Excellent communicator and relationship builder - Strong decision-making and prioritization ability - Have exquisite attention to detail - Knack for influencing without being authoritative
