Overall responsible for the Chandigard and Punjab region and take care of 8-10 branches. 1) Business Development / Team Mentoring: Ensuring that the team is well equipped with Technical Knowledge. Do business planning with the team & ensuring that it is executed as per the planning. Driving your team to achieve monthly targets. 2) Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of Indivisual Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Funds Distributors (MDs) etc. Activation of these business partners and achieve the business targets on a month-on-month basis. 3) Team Review: Motivate team to follow Sales process and review it on regular interval. 4) Relationship Handling: Maintaining healthy relationships with third parties including AMC, Insurance companies, etc. 5) Branch Compliance: Ensuring that the branch compliances are followed in co-ordination with the Head office.
