- Assumes responsibility for monitoring all marketing and branding activities for the Organization while maintaining Brand focus internally & externally.
- Develops the Marketing & Brand management strategy to support top line & bottom line growth & foray into new segments and innovative products for the Organization.
- Directs the evaluation of Brand portfolio including Brand definition & proposition, advertising concept, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for the Organization.
- Assumes overall responsibility for Brand Activation.
- Ensures coordination with sales department to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives for the Organization.
- Ensures effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI by coordinating with key media providers.
Strategic:
- Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing consumers.
- Drives the formulation of marketing strategy of encompassing the Organization.
- Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization based on the organization's growth focus and strategy.
Operational:
- Develop strategies into detailed marketing plans and executions.
- Supports all clusters towards ensuring meeting the dynamic consumer needs across all markets.
- Ensures individual brand focus is maintained through all possible media options and coordinates with corporate communication to ensure alignment of branding strategy.
Financial:
- Develops Annual Plans & Budgeting for the brand and monitors the expenditure.
- Ensures Optimal pricing of products so that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the brand group are strictly met.
- Strives to increase return on expenditure on advertisement & brand endorsement
Skills & Qualifications :
- A degree or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
- 3 to 6 years of experience in building D2C Brand
- A social media platform expert who understands the nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize each to deliver the highest engagement possible
- Should be able adept in ORM and knows the nuances of Performance Marketing
- First-class research, writing and communication skills
- A passion for branding and brand management
- Should have exposure to practice of professional brand management at a national level.
- Should have led launch of new brands or products in his career.
- Should have used research inputs practically into development of brand and customer programs.
- Should have independently handled creative agencies.
- Should be willing to own the projects and take them to logical conclusion, taking help from peers/seniors along the way
