Position Overview:

The job of HR Manager is important to business success. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of an HR Manager.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and by nurturing a positive working environment

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Prepare the budget of HR Operations

- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures

- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

- Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures. And, maintaining company directory and other organizational chart.

- Participating in administrative staff meetings

- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

- A minimum of 6 years of human resource management experience preferred.

- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- People oriented and results driven

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
