Position Overview:

Reporting to the CTO, the primary responsibility is leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications. Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.

Our goal is to develop and deliver world class risk technology software solutions that enable our sales and delivery of professional services. You must be a self-starter and take creative approaches to solving challenging problems and meeting tight deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications. Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for team member to ensure timely project delivery.

- Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software.

- Presents new technology choice to technical and non-technical observers, able to guide others to make well defined technology choices.

- Innovate for our Customers - take a long-term perspective to build systems and features.

- Coordinate with senior leadership across organization and stimulate overall resource allocation as best fits business objectives.

- Interact with leaders across organization to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Qualification & Required Skills:

- Technology leader with 14+ years of experience with 6+ years of experience as leader and deep understanding of modern technologies, cloud and development methodologies with focus on quality, scalability and execution.

- Quick learner and a thought leader in the technology architecture space so that design of platform is futuristic and enables changes as per market needs and advancements in the technology space.

- Self-starter who can work with speed and agility in a start-up environment, ability to take ownership and deliver with minimal supervision.

- Ability to articulate architecture principles, design considerations, future roadmap and engage with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to understand the market needs and align the architectural roadmap of the platform in an efficient and cost-effective manner for commercial viability.

- Expertise in technology like but not limited to JavaScript, HTML and CSS, JSON Web Token, Babel, Web pack, NPM, Oracle, Oracle Apex , React and very versatile experience in the development stages of product.

- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, Mongo DB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.
