Enterprise Risk Management Consultant

- Were looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in risk practice to join our Enterprise Risk Team.

- Working in our Risk practice, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to provide practical risk management, governance, internal audit, internal controls, and process improvement solutions, gaining valuable experience across multiple sectors.

- In this role, you will work with the business operations team, and technology teams and play a key role in ensuring high quality output and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for executing client engagements and meeting the expectations of the client and the onsite team

- Manage multiple assignments and related project teams.

- Understand the client's business & related industry issues / trends.

- Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams

- Maintain excellent rapport and proactive communication with the client

- Participate / support business development initiatives.

- Implement Six Sigma Practices for process efficiencies thereby reducing business risks

- Identifying risks in multiple functions such as HR, Sales, Production, Operations, Service Deliveries, Customer Management, Procurement, Physical Security, Cyber Security, Data Governance etc.

- Create Frameworks for effective risk controls

- Productize the risk management tools to ensure a technology platform is created for the customers.

- Calculate Return on Investment for each activity undertaken for the customers and the improvements implemented.

Key Skills:

- Exceptional command on spoken and written English

- Mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations at a short notice

- Highly analytical, organized and meticulous consulting skills

- Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, or similar work experience in similar industry, Big 4 preferred)

- Proficient in MS-Office Suite, data analysis & validation, Data Visualization, Process Development and Controls.

- Risk Management Experience.
