NIRA is a fintech startup whose mission is to enable financial freedom through providing access to credit. We provide approved users a digital credit line of up to Rs. 1 lakh for up to 1 year. We went live a few months ago and are growing quickly! Customers come to NIRA through various B2C & B2B channels. The product role entails the primary responsibility of ensuring a smooth customer journey for a user who has downloaded the NIRA app from any of these channels. This role will have two important components to it. On one hand, you will be required to develop an intimate understanding of the customer pain points in the product and address them. On the other hand, the role will require working closely with Engineering and Operations team as well as coordinating the project prioritisation between the two teams. We are looking for someone with experience in consumer product in India, who can gather and respond smartly to customer feedback & data, and has an experimental mindset to work and iterate on our product. You will also be involved in the other parts of the Operations, Growth functions as per the needs of the business. Responsibilities: - Deeply understand the customer journey across web, mobile as well as its dependency on internal Operations workflow - Identifying glitches in customer flow and bring in solutions to address them - Identify points of inefficiency in the Operations workflow and recommend solutions - Constantly explore ways of making processes faster and more efficient using internal or 3rd party solutions - Propose innovative ways of making the product more delightful to the customer - Be integral to the realization of company's scaling plans over the coming months while maintaining conversion efficiency Requirements: - Minimum three years of experience working on a consumer product in India - High degree of data centricity, but have the ability to take action in the absence of complete information - Ability to execute well with cross-functional teams - Flexibility to wear multiple hats as required to get the job done If you've got the right experience, a willingness to work hard, and a desire to work in a more dynamic and fast changing environment, we would love to hear from you.
