Purpose of this position : Enhance the top line of Warehouse vertical & responsible for Cross Border business in Nepal . Bhutan & Bangladesh

Detail Description of Position :
- The responsibility of this position is to ensure the achievement of yearly Target in contract Logistics vertical and successful implementation across Pan India
- Building a potential client database
- Should generate new leads for W&D , work on new RFQs, submission of proposals, RFQ negotiations with customers, and project implementation
- Ability to work with Regional Heads over a vast Geographical expanse
- A good knowledge of Warehouse and distribution function
- Should be well familiar with Pan India Regions and its varied trade nuances
- Should be multi-lingual
- To understand client challenges both on the sales and operations side and guide the team towards appropriate solutioning
- To track competition information and conduct bench marking exercise as per business needs
- To ensure an effective Customer Relationship Management at all stages of customer engagement
- Implement guidelines and procedure for Cross Border operations
- Implement Cross Border Sales strategy
- Responsible for dealing with cross border agents, CONCOR and liners etc .
- To develop, lead, coach and motivate the team member
Activity list :
1. Represent the organization in all warehouse bidding activities
2. Ensure that an up-to-date database of potential clients and existing clients are in place
3. Establish Communication and network with Bangladesh , Nepal and Bhutan
4. Negotiations with truckers , customs brokers in International Borders for overland /International Land Transport
