What will you do? | Responsibilities - P&L Responsibility - Will be responsible for delivering the top line and EBITDA objectives for the state - Customer Life Cycle Management - Drive sales teams to acquire, engage and retain targeted channels - Execution of Category priorities - Lead a team of Trade marketing in driving category requirements of the geography - People Management - Build a strong team of Sales, Operations, and support functions to deliver excellence on execution - Cross-functional coordination - Work closely with category, sourcing/procurement, Digital, IT, teams for enabling topline and bottom line What you will need to have | Requirements - Handled a team of ASMs / ZMs to guide / mentor - Previous experience of building a business from zero - Ability to work with complex value chain businesses and knowledge of supply chain flow - A high degree of process orientation and people management skills - Targeted industries - Preferably FMCG, Startups - Good understanding of various channels/ behavior & assortments to drive - Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills Strong understanding of technology and business - Tier 1/2 MBA Institutes preferred with 4-8 years
