Location: Bangalore, Karnataka , India

Responsibilities :

- Analysing and structuring complex business propositions in the fin-tech, digital and B2B space.

- Preparing and reviewing agreements with lending partners and strategic partners and ensuring mitigation of risks.

- Navigating foreign exchange and corporate laws impacting inbound and outbound investments and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

- Leading and handholding the legal team in the day to day legal matters.

- Helping to interpret and monitor changes to regulatory guidelines and developments.

- Devising processes to ensure speedy response and resolution to in-house queries.

- JD/LLB or equivalent degree in Law and PQE of 7-8 years

- Great academic and law firm credentials

- Experience working in-house, preferably in the BFSI or fin-tech sector

- Be updated on the changing legal landscape regarding banking, e-commerce, financial, digital lending and payment laws.

- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

- Ability to handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times

- Solution mind-set to expeditiously resolve legal matters balancing the business interests and compliance framework.
