Responsibilities : - To go through Draft Agreements to be entered into with various NBFCs, Banks, Services Providers, Credit Agencies and interact with empaneled Legal firms for their inputs/suggestions/comments/ modifications to the clauses mentioned therein and ensure that clauses are acceptable and practically implementable. - Identify actionable from above said signed agreements, track them in excel and monitor and co-ordinate with applicable internal departments like Products, IT, Accounts etc. for its compliance. - Put up such actionable to Senior Management at regular intervals for their guidance and ensure its closure in a time bound manner and maintain proper documentation. - Identify compliance risk in Fintech and Neo-banking products and process and formulate the plans to manage them in consultation with Vertical Heads and team leaders. - Conduct periodic inspection through compliance testing and identify compliance breaches/failures and circulate such instances with preventive instructions. - Review audit findings by co-ordinating with IAD on periodic basis and assess area of compliance failures and initiate action for putting the appropriate control measures. - Ensure monitored findings are recorded in appropriate systems and follow-up with business/operations unit for its resolution and closure of open issues. - Assist to operate in accordance with all applicable regulations and protect the Fintech and Neo-banking unit from compliance and regulatory risks. - Ensure compliance with Aadhaar Biometric Authentication as per UIDAI guidelines. - To support Head - Compliance on Compliance issues, Regulatory changes, Risks, etc. - Create Compliance culture in Fintech and Neo Banking Units by regular interaction with employees through discussions & emails. What you will need to have ? Requirements : - Graduate in any Field. MBA/LLB/CAIIB candidates will be preferred. - Experience: 7-10 years in any Bank/NBFC/Fintech Companies with minimum 3 years experience in Compliance/Regulatory/Audit/Risk. - Adequate knowledge of RBI regulations for NBFCs/Banks, Trade Finance, Retail Asset products and keen interest in learning and working under latest technology environment. - Conversant well with Excel, Word, PPT, Google docs egtc. - Good Analytical and Communication Skills.
