What will you do : Responsibilities : - Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions - Perform various valuation methods - comparable companies, precedents, and DCF - Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and valuations - Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations, and pitchbooks - Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions - Create presentations for client portfolios - Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news What you will need to have : Requirements : - 5+ years of experience in any investment banking environment - Academics from Engineering and B Schools is preferred - A strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving, multi-tasker, and one who is willing to take initiative and learn - Startup DNA and Entrepreneurial zeal - Confident and strong stakeholder management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - An investments/M&A leader who can develop and execute our investment and acquisitions strategy, where you will build your own strategy and your team for this practice
