What you will need to have? | Requirements - 8+ years of experience in Java. - Minimum 8 years of experience with 2+ in building large scalable systems - Experience with microservice web frameworks - like Play, Spring MVC. - Exposure in building RESTful APIs with monitoring, fault tolerance, and metrics (Using something like Prometheus, graphite.) - Experience with different databases (SQL, NoSQL) - Strong experience in architecting and building multi-threaded, distributed systems. - Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance. - Outstanding problem-solving abilities. - Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment. - Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills. - Extensive experience in mentoring junior engineers. - Solid attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
