What makes these possible are the people at ninjacart.  Supply chain team at ninjacart moves the produce from farm to store in less than 10 hours and ensures on-time delivery and fulfilment while keeping the cost lower. Capacity management team helps in scaling the supply chain capacity ahead of business and ensures we scale gracefully.   As an assistant manager - Capacity Management, you will manage resources like infrastructure, labours, capex and opexand everything that helps run a seamless supply chain  Responsibilities :   - Manage and scale the current infrastructure and assets for frictionless operations. This includes collaborating with multiple teams such as Facilities, Finance & HR team  - Plan and Execute the supply chain capex  - Plan and work closely with the facility managers and supply chain head to proactively create and enable the necessary infrastructure for growth  - Control the operational expense of the entire supply chain  - Work with external partners to deploy and manage helpers across facilities  - Improve equipment and manpower efficiencies  - Manage the external stakeholders like Facility Management Services, Manpower Agencies (Blue collar) and ensure productivity is maximized through right hire, training and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.   - Effective communication with other operations and/or facility managers at other facilities regarding risks, operational strategies, and success of project SLAs.  - Improvise and bring new initiatives for the continuous improvement  - Liaison with local authorities to enable hassle free operations  Minimum Qualification :   - 2 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field  - Strong domain knowledge and team handling skills  - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills  Preferred Qualification  - Data Driven: Innate sense towards data & strong grip over operations metrics. Experience in process improvement and lean techniques.   - Project management: Good experience in handling various projects/operations at different levels and driving results. Strong ability in critical thinking and come up with relevant solution at the point of contingency. Ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment.  - Operations & Business acumen: Belief & making operational strategies drive across the businesses. Has good business acumen, relentless focus, strong prioritization skills.  - People management: Ability to handle manpower in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilization of the available resource.   - Linguistic proficiency: Strong communication should and English, Kannada & Hindi  Other requirements :  - Should be comfortable to travel in & around the City  - Flexible with work timings and should be willing to stretch
