Responsibilities
- Ideate, build & execute campaigns to drive retention, reactivation, engagement with a focus on Conversions, LTV & Repeat.
- Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on performance to further optimise ROI.
- Work closely with Product, Business Development & Marketing teams to plan, execute and report marketing campaigns.
- Research, assess & implement best & emerging industry practices
- Run experiments with clear success/failure metrics
Requirement:
- MBA or degree in statistics, economics, engineering or any analytical field.
- Experience of implementing, optimizing and managing campaigns, with a background in online measurement & operations.
- Ability to operate strategically and analytically, to understand organization's objective. Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a passion to create and share best practices to inculcate a culture of learning by sharing.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and manage campaigns, deliverables and key objectives.
- Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple business partners.
- Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, ad copy & creative.
Minimum Qualifications - 2 years of experience managing marketing campaigns and/or managing analytically oriented projects with large customer impact.
