niki.ai - Full Stack Digital Marketer (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Drive acquisition, awareness & engagement across all channels (largely Google, Facebook, Mobile affiliates) with a focus on Conversions, LTV & Repeat.
- Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on performance to further optimise ROI.
- Work closely with Product, Business Development & Marketing teams to plan, execute and report marketing campaigns.
- Research, assess & implement best & emerging industry practices
- Run experiments with clear success/failure metrics
- Gather market insights & do competition benchmarking
- Manage multiple agencies to produce high quality outputs on time and on budget
- Build SEO & ASO strategies to optimise and improve website ranking & App Store conversion rates
Requirement :
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Must have hands on experience in running ads across Google, Facebook & mobile affiliates.
- In-depth understanding in App Marketing, Online Display, Remarketing, SEM, Affiliates, Social and Video advertising.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, ad copy, creative & bidding strategies for various ad platforms.
- Experience on tools like Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, AWS etc.
- Understand business goals & align them to the channels.
- Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-changing environment.
