Responsibilities:
- Drive domain with considerable business scope & complexity & a significant business impact
- Conceptualise, plan & execute aggressive multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive specific business objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams & internal teams to execute campaigns & improve customer experience
- Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on performance to further optimise ROI.
- Meet business goals while ensuring a holistic growth
- Report key metrics to key business stakeholders
Requirement:
- MBA or degree in statistics, economics, engineering or any analytical field.
- Experience of implementing, optimising and managing campaigns, with a background in online measurement & operations.
- Ability to operate strategically and analytically, to understand organisation's objective.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a passion to create and share best practices to inculcate a culture of learning by sharing.
- Emonstrated ability to work proactively and manage campaigns, deliverables and key objectives.
- Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple business partners.
- Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- 2 years of experience managing marketing campaigns and/or managing analytically oriented projects with large customer impact
