HR Business Partner for an esteemed IT organization.
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit / division level.
- Conduct HR skip meetings with Employees and use data to highlight risks to employee engagement and morale
- Understand the pulse of employees by conducting regular meetings with employees.
- Drive Employee engagement initiatives & enable retention programs.
- Responsible for Ensuring seamless delivery of HR support services, HR Processes & Disciplinary procedures
- Manages Employee Grievances.
- Talent management, Performance Management
- Analyzing attrition/retention trends and recommending relevant course of action to reduce attrition rate and improve employee satisfaction
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Power Point and new age tools/apps/ communication channels.
