To own and execute the strategy for building brand awareness and positioning. Focus on building the brand to drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Building the brand strategy including media planning. Strong social media skills in terms of designing campaigns and content as well as execution. Overseeing campaign execution and ensuring achievement of pre decided targets.
- Ability to leverage customer and competition insights while developing campaigns. .Well versed with driving engagement and resonance for the brand. Adept at managing, motivating creative agencies to achieve targets.
- Well networked and connected with creative agencies. Well versed with writing creative briefs for brand and media agencies. Ability to work seamlessly with internal stakeholders and align for common objectives. An energetic individual who is a good blend of creativity and business acumen. An innovative and free thinking individual who is comfortable working in an unstructured '"start up" culture. Exposure to ATL would be an advantage
Technical Skills - Brand management, brand strategy, media buying, social marketing, ATL and BTL.
Education Qualifications : MBA in marketing
