Role Description:

Designation: Senior Manager

Location: Mumbai

Unit: Media Analytics

Main Accountabilities:

- Client Harvesting : Sign-on clients for media analytics by leveraging understanding of pain-points/enhancement opportunities amongst media owners/platforms, media agencies, consumer goods/services companies, content creators/producers, etc.

- People Management: Invest in talent enhancement of the team to ensure gold-standard services within committed timelines to the clients in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators

- Client Management: continually aim for higher ground on insight delivery and business enhancement for clients through use of BARC RLD, customized / adhoc research work thereby ensuring highest levels of client satisfaction

- Financial Management: Propose, own and enhance product/service cost to clients ensuring enhancement of margins through judicious project planning (proposal building, man-time planning & collection of fees from clients)

- Innovation: Identify and recommend enhancements and/or new services/products that answer clients' business needs

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

- 5 to 8 years- experience in FMCG / Service / Media industry (of which at least 4 should be in a market research agency) - experience in TV Audience Analytics using TV Audience Behavior data is a must. Type of work would have been usage of TV Audience behavior data for program health understanding, show scheduling, promotion planning, consumer segmentation and tracking, show/program development

- Sound understanding of Market Research concepts

- Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness to drive client business results

- Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies

- Effective writing and presentation skills

- A strong people's person, with known track record of working effectively across different internal departments

- A person who works with solutions approach, with ability to navigate tough situations with effective planning
