Role Description:

Designation: Manager - HRBP Location: Baroda Unit: Human Resources

Main Accountabilities:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day human resources activities such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, training, employee relations which are relevant to the responsible business area to ensure they are within operating policies and procedures and to recommend any cost-effective or efficient actions for sustained profitability

- Coordinate and assist in the annual human resources planning process according to guidelines and schedules

- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Work closely with managers on performance management issues and ensure compliance with legislative requirements and minimize grievances

- Provide and interpret human resources data to provide management information on turnover, headcount, compensation information, organizational statistics, etc.

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests.

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.

- Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client group

- Responsible for the delivery of day-to-day human resources activities related to one or more of the specific financial areas in order to provide on-going support to the business

Key Requirements:
