Position Description:

- Data Scientist will be responsible for enhancing the quality of existing products currently supported by Measurement Science as well as supporting the piloting and/or roll-out of new products.

Requirements:

- Master's Degree or equivalent work experience in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

- Experience in operations environment

- Experience creating and implementing optimization and simulation models

- Proven record of creating and deploying models into production environment to drive business decision making

- Experience using SAS Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner, or Forecast Studio

- Knowledge of relational databases, data warehouses, and SQL

- Experience using Tableau, Spotfire, MicroStrategy or other data visualization application

- Knowledge of Java, Python, or other programming language

- Demonstrated success and effectiveness working in a time-critical production environment

- Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
