Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business expansion strategies to drive market growth and penetration.

- Drive business strategy and performance optimization by leveraging analytics and market insights.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across operations, logistics, and customer service.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (12+ years) in B2C industries (EdTech, Telecom, FMCG, Retail) in an operations leadership role.
- Strong expertise in P&L performance, operations excellence, and business expansion.
- Experience in CAPEX & OPEX planning, EBITDA optimization, and financial performance management.
- Demonstrated success in retail and distribution excellence, customer experience, and logistics management.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skill
