What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute sales training programs to enhance selling skills, objection handling, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Lead new hire onboarding programs for the sales team, ensuring structured induction and faster ramp-up time.
- Monitor and improve sales performance by tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue impact, and post-training assessment scores.
- Design and implement advanced sales coaching methodologies to refine prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure strategies.
- Ensure product and process knowledge excellence, aligning training content with the latest product innovations, sales strategies, and market trends.
- Optimize sales enablement tools and techniques, integrating digital platforms, LMS (Learning Management System), and analytics to enhance learning engagement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, address training needs, and customize learning interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, leveraging feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis to make data-driven improvements.
- Drive behavioral transformation through soft skills training, communication enhancement, and negotiation excellence.
- Develop leadership development programs for sales managers to ensure a strong pipeline of future sales leaders.
What You'll Bring:
- 15+ years experience leading Sales Training & Development, preferably in high-growth organizations.
- Proven expertise in sales coaching, enablement, and performance-driven training.
- Strong background in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Experience designing/implementing sales competency frameworks and training roadmaps.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and tailor training accordingly.
- Hands-on experience with LMS and digital training tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- B2B and B2C sales training experience is an advantage.
