You should have a passion for data and feel excited about pioneering the future of research through automation and futuristic technology. Your skills should include a sound knowledge of Research Methodologies, ability to write proposals and develop tools, hands on experience in running quantitative analysis - preferably know SPSS and manage multivariate analysis. Key responsibilities - Support and manage a wide variety of market research studies and initiatives. - Develop actionable insights based on synthesis of multiple research and analytic learnings - Present insights and recommendations - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize projects Experience - Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing research, social, economic, behavioral research - using online platform - Experience in Qualitative and quantitative methodologies - Should have worked on common research models such as brand tracks, segmentation studies, communication testing, U&amp;A, habit tracks, shopper studies among others), online polls etc. - Understanding and experience in social research, psephology, behavioral tools and in particular online, digital research Analytic and Research Skills: - Comfortable with a hands on approach to data and data analysis - Strong analytic, mathematical and statistical skills; ability to extract insights out of complex data sets and in-depth experience with Excel and any other platform such as SPSS - Experience in data science would be good - Good grounding in social/behavioral analytics - Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop insightful and actionable data summaries and reports, and clear and crisp presentations Education 1) M Sc, Mphil _ Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics 2) MBA - specialization in Marketing
