- Responsible for Sale for the entire South India Region for the Sanitary ware business. Looking for candidates with fluency in Tamil.
- Managing a team of ASMs / Executives to drive volume and share through a network of dealers & Sub dealers retail network.
- Developing the Market in terms of expanding the dealer network, Merchandising, Running sales promotion schemes
- Managing an extensive Dealer network and thereafter guiding them to achieve the required market share and volume in their assigned area while maximizing their ROI.
- Build relationship with Architects, Builders and MEP Consultants for Project Sales.
- Provide the monthly product / SKU forecast to the Production team
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Responsible to forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Required to develop specific plans to ensure short term and long term growth
- Educate sales team with presentations of strategies, sales trainings, seminars and regular meetings
- Responsible for reviewing regional expenses and recommending
