REPORTS TO : Centre Director - Administrative (30%) VP Leasing -corporate (70%) NO OF REPORTEES Nil

QUALIFICATION : MBA EXPERIENCE 8 12 years

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- Implement the Mall leasing strategy in accordance with the corporate strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure Mall Occupancy > 95%

- MG / Revenue share is at its maximum

- Manage churns

- Negotiations and contract closures

- Responsible for correct lease documentation.

- Report performance of brands

- Research and study consumer buying behaviour

- Understand TG & Mall catchment

- Market intelligence and reporting

- Explore upcoming retail opportunities. Keep updated with new trends and upcoming brands in the market

- Relationship Management with brands and ensure engagement with the Mall

- Project Design inputs to enhance occupancy

- Attend to internal customers feedback/requests

- Propose rental rates based on market information and improvement to proposals to the management.

- Continuously innovate with new ideas to engage with internal customers

- Adherence to the Leasing processes

- Correct and timely updates on the yardi tool system of the department
