Location: Noida Experience: 3+ years Responsibility: - Implementing sales generation activities, including identifying potential prospects from internal CRM, web searches and other digital resources. - Qualifying prospects, uncovering client needs and offering solutions. - Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. - Meeting or exceeding metrics for sales activities, proposals, and pipeline. - Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients as part of an ongoing business development plan. - Maintaining database of prospective client information in Salesforce CRM. - Effective utilization and resource management by monitoring and assessing project resources, relinquish resources or request additional resources as needed. - Mitigate the risks associated with successful project plan completion. - Client/Customer engagement & management. - Assist in developing/coaching individuals technically as well as on soft skills during the project.
