NextGen Invent - Inside Sales Specialist (2-4 yrs)
Location: Noida;
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads using channels/platforms such as Linkedin, Upwork and Guru.
- Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system.
- Conduct initial qualification of leads and follow up with them on all possible channels (Linkedin, phone, email) continuously to convert them to client
- Set appointments for Sales Manager for further discussion and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Write impactful marketing emails with calls to action that can create leads.
- Help plan and execute webinars, conferences and meetups that can generate leads.
- Create social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target audiences and inbound leads.
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Work with marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate response to prospect requests.
- Work to increase win rate by providing exceptional quality and feasible solutions.
Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation in the area of IT services
- Must have experience in working with US and Europe markets
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience working in a CRM tool such as Dynamics CRM
- Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
