About Nexprt :

We are an early stage startup backed by marquee investors, that is currently focused on establishing the core product market fit, and scaling scaling the business. We are based out of India with a global client focus (key areas: US, EU+UK, Middle East Asia). As we scale, we will expand operations to cover South East Asia.

Nexprt aims to simplify global trade by providing a Reliable, High Quality, and One Stop Solution for sourcing. In a highly competitive global export/import industry, the fragmented MSME sector suffers from :

- Information asymmetry

- Lack of standardization in quality and output

- Lack of market access

- Inability to scale manufacturing operations

We are a fulfillment platform that focuses on end to end transaction ownership in the international trade ecosystem, causing a tangible difference in the journey for buyers and sellers. We help buyers and sellers scale across global boundaries, allowing them access to services and supply chains that are currently locked-in with only the biggest players in the industry.

About the role :

Nexprt's International Sales team will build our business across all key markets. You will work directly with the founders.

Primary responsibilities include :

- Identifying the right micro markets in your region & categories, understanding and scoping the buying patterns and requirements in said markets.

- Help ground sales teams target and reach out to the right market segment, with intel on the right positioning to help convert potential customers.

- Developing new client relationships with potential buyers (remotely), co-creating solutions that identify with gaps in their current sourcing network, and converting them into clients for Nexprt.

- Building a strong feedback loop to help in category development and growth of the business

- You work hand-in-hand with the founders, and the category teams to build the core business in your geographies.

Location : Gurgaon

Ideal Candidate :

- We are looking for folks who are excited about building 0 to 1 business and are interested in sales.


- Interested candidates must have a strong inclination to speak to people, understand and empathize with challenges that importers face in the current B2B cross border trade market, and have the ability to convert that into a business opportunity.

Requirements :

- Past experience in Sales

- Strong inclination to build a 0 to 1 company

- Good communication skills (due to the international nature of the business, most clients will only interact in English)

- Strong Problem solving acumen to identify consumer needs and translate them into business

- Any additional language capabilities (preferred for regional markets) - Arabic, German, Spanish.

Some of the problems one can expect to solve include?

- Build a scalable B2B customer acquisition and account management cycle for your country / region.

- Leverage digital marketing tools to keep potential customers engaged and create recall value for future conversations

- Transitioning an offline B2B transaction onto a completely digital platform, allowing Nexprt to leverage scale for all parties.
