Job Description:

1. Domain Expertise : Renewable Energy & Power

2. Area of Operation :

2.1. Focus :

- For DEBT : Term Loan, Quasi Equity, Promoters Funding, Structured Products to the innovative solutions.

- For EQUITY : Private Equity, QIP & Sell (& Buy) side representations.

2.2. Execution & the support in the above Focus.

2.3. Existing Relationship essential with :

- Lenders (for Debt ): Bankers (Public Sector, Private & Foreign Banks), NBFCs; Institutions (including IIFCL, PFC, IREDA, PFS, IFCI & others)

- Investors (for Equity): Private Equity Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, AIFs & others ; Renewable Energy Corporates & other Stakeholders (for M&A)

3. Work Profile :

- Excellent quality of preparation of bankable documentation (including Financial Models, Preliminary Information Memorandum, Detailed Information Memorandum, Business plan, Valuation Report, Placement document, Pitch Book) & others is essential

- Coordinating with Lenders & Investors on a day to day basis.

Other Job requirements include :

- Performing Due- Diligence, SWOT Analysis.

- Conduct Industry Research, Product Research and preparation of PPTs and other documents.

- Scrutinizing and analysing prevalent economic reports through information gathered and preparation of chronicles & data summaries thereafter.

4. Qualification : CA, MBA (Finance) CFA & related others ; essentially with command over Drafting, Advance Excel Modelling & preparing Power Point Presentation

5. Experience : Only relevant experienced are invited. Experience is essential & shall be accorded highest preference.

6. Compensation structure : includes Short Term, Medium Term as also Fixed & Variable Bonus / Incentives besides ESoPs ; to recognize & motivate excellence.
