Nexdigm - Process Consulting Role (3-6 yrs)
Role specific skillsets:
Key Skill sets
- Understand client's "AS-IS" state processes and proactively develop specific process consulting solutions.
- Analyze client's processes to identify areas for process improvement and automation, identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive solutions.
- Design, develop and implement new processes & related solutions as per client project requirement.
- Reviewing and analyzing the efficacy of revised business strategies of clients.
- Perform quantitative analysis (data, financial models, cost-benefit, etc.) and qualitative analysis (market research, business intelligence, etc.) to drive the proposed solution.
- Define and scope business processes and value streams to be improved, and clearly establish deliverables.
- Consolidate the findings from the analysis, present the same to client along with implementation plan as required.
- Apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled and structured implementations, as well as assist in planning and execution of project tasks.
- Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery.
- Collaborate and build relationships with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution and process excellence.
- Support practice development initiatives such as thought leadership, marketing, proposals, questionnaires, and pitches.

Must Skillset
- B. Tech in any stream and an MBA
- Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent understanding of business frameworks and continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping.
