Responsibilities: - Proven track record of successfully implementing programs/projects at scalability to track and evaluate programs/projects - Proficiency in Excel. - Manage a team of 1-2 program managers Key Skills : - At least 3 years experience in Tier-1 consulting firms OR At least 3 years experience working as Program/Sr Program Manager/Chief of Staff in large consumer tech startups. - Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers. - Proven analytical and decision-making abilities. - Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
