Job Title: HR AM/Manager

Location: Chennai

Job Description:

Manage Employee relations, performance management, employee development plans, communication policies

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the company

Assess training needs and monitor training programs

Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Maintain pay plan and the benefits

Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.

Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Prepares budget of human resources operations for entre company.

Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

Desired Profile:

MBA from reputed business school

Proven working experience as an HR Manager with 5-7 years of experience in the field

People oriented and Result driven

Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics

Knowledge of HR System and Database

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
