We are NewJaisa Technologies Pvt Ltd, a fast growing startup redefining Greentech in Personal Computing space. We have reached Rs 50 Cr run rate just in span of 18 months and are growing @ 3X on YoY Basis.
Founded by X-IIT/IIM Alumni with cofounders having 15+ years of individual experience, looking for passionate individual to join the leadership team and define company roadmap in our mission to "Make Affordable Computing available to all while reducing e-waste to 1/2"
This is for a position as Head of Operations for our core competency area - refurbishing of computing devices. You will be managing a strong team of 80+ individuals involved in manufacturing/refurbishing process.
Responsibility:
1. Own, Strategize, Build and Drive our Key Operation area with significant span of control.
2. Build first in class innovative solutions for refurbishing at scale at unit and even component level
3. Define and design System, Process, Automation, KPI, IT with core leadership for scalable operations
4. Lead and driver complete operations via Managers
Individual should have:
1.Entrperenaurial mindset - Loves to solve problems - Can think Big but can get hands dirty to make it happen
2. Excellent Analytical abilities, comfort with data
3. 3+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing industry - EMS is preferred but not mandatory
4. Greenfield experience of setting process for Operations is preferred
