NEWJ - Strategic Business Partner - Sales & Marketing (5-10 yrs)

NEWJ is looking for Strategic Business Partner who supports the domestic markets strategy by engaging in activity that increases prospecting and capturing business with new clients and manage client satisfaction with our existing clients. Takes the lead role in the sales and long-term account management, including strategic planning, qualifying, contracting and relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Effectively articulates NEWJ's mission and value proposition with clients, prospects and partners.

- Be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with company's business partners.

- Identifying potential business opportunities & generating revenue sales by achieving increased business growth tracking and accordingly create sales strategies.

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- To develop new markets / territories as per company's targets.

- Create proposals for new leads, manage the sales pipeline, promotions and close the deals.

- To study the competitors and various market activities for keeping abreast with market trends in the Digital domain.

- Developing and implementing client acquisition strategies and leveraging marketing efforts.

- Negotiate and manage complex strategic programs that drive growth and engagement.

- Track, analyse quantitative metrics and business trends and internal key metrics.

- Present detailed sales forecast reports to top management on regular basic.

- Develop customer base as a sustainable market through business development, partnerships, sales and other market development activities

Education :

- Graduate business degree or Bachelor's degree

- MBA/ Master's degree in Marketing or General Management

Experience/Work Background :

- The successful candidate should have at least 5 years' solid experience in sales, marketing, and business development from Media Industry.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements and their business sales.

- Ideal candidate is a passionate, entrepreneurial business partner who can prospect, develop, and close partnerships with prospective clients.

- Demonstrated ability in successfully managing client to build profitable business.

- General management experience across strategy, product, sales/marketing, operations and finance.

Skills and Abilities Required :

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills - establish connects and working relationships across teams

- Proven organizational, planning skills and negotiation skills.

- Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations.
