Desired Candidate Profile : 

1. Engineering and MBA Graduate having 3-7 years of experience in Presales in the IT Industry.

2. Track record of driving solution engagements similar to Newgen solution portfolio.

3. Experience in Client Engagement, Consulting Program Management, and Solution Architecture.

4. Proficiency in analyzing the customer's business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions.

5. Should be an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, solutions and concepts relevant to BFSI vertical.

6. Design & deliver training program comprising of vertical solutions, product road maps, product technical workshops to Partners & Global System Integrators/ Consulting organizations.

7. Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, liaison, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Technical Strategy : 

1. Analysis and forecasts of emerging technologies and business opportunities

2.Identification/development of Joint solution offering, vertical identification, collateral & demo able developments that give Newgen competitive edge in geography or across the globe.

Solutioning: 

1. Consultative solutioning, Deal Structuring, and Strategic Consulting.

2. Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning for appropriate products and solutions.

3. Enabling strategic associations with SI / Consultants/ Channel Partners.

Relationship Management -

1. Seeks and builds healthy relationships with key account's decision-making teams and periodically interface them with key Newgen stakeholders.

2. Work closely with the regional sales team to provide specific input to the customer.

Competition:

1. Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries

2. Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.

Presales Operations: 

1. Will be responsible for managing the entire presales operational work. eg-RFI, RFP

2. Ensure compliance with Systems and Processes such as legal & commercial terms, Proposals, RFPs, RFIs, BOM, etc.

Training: 

1. Responsible for training partners/SI on Newgen solution

2. Training and development of the internal Newgen Team.

2. Front end discussion on joint solutions, help SI/partners on vertical knowledge
