About the Role:


We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth for our Direct Tax and Fixed Asset Management software solutiona highly customizable and integrable platform tailored for enterprise clients.


This role is ideal for a strategic, consultative sales professional who thrives in a competitive, price-sensitive market. Youll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, crafting compelling business cases, and building long-term relationships with clients across industries.


Youll collaborate cross-functionally with solution consultants, product teams, and leadership to deliver value-based outcomes that align with our clients' business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: Lead generation, client discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.


- Drive ROI-focused sales conversations: Articulate the business impact of our solutions, steering clear of price wars.


- Understand and address client needs: Map business processes, uncover pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.


- Build compelling business cases: Collaborate with internal teams to create ROI documents, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic proposals for CXO-level engagement.


- Conduct strategic account mapping: Identify key stakeholders, influencers, and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.


- Maintain CRM hygiene: Keep accurate records of pipeline activity, lead status, and forecasting.


- Consistently meet or exceed targets: Maintain a goal-oriented approach in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


What We're Looking For:


- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in finance, tax, or ERP domains.


- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.


- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Highly organized with excellent time management and pipeline planning abilities.


- Self-driven, energetic, and adaptable to changing priorities.


- Comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
