We are reaching out to share an exciting opportunity at FAST FACTS for a high-impact AVP - Enterprise Sales, a key role in driving the adoption of our Direct Tax, Payroll & Fixed Asset Management platforms across large enterprises.
This is a strategic, CXO-facing position ideal for a qualified CA who thinks like a CFO-someone who understands financial processes deeply and can convert that insight into strong, value-led enterprise sales outcomes. You will work directly with our CA Business Head, contributing to a high-performance and transformation-driven environment.
Position: AVP - Enterprise Sales
Location: Pan India (Hybrid | 6 Days)
Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)/CA-inter
Industry: Fintech - Compliance - Accounting - Enterprise Software
Experience: 5+ Years in Enterprise Software Sales (ERP / SaaS / CRM / Tax Tech)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales, including proposals, negotiations & closures.
- Engage CFOs, Controllers & CXOs with the credibility of a CA, focusing on compliance, financial accuracy & ROI.
- Build strong business value cases-ROI models, cost optimization and automation roadmaps.
- Drive strategic account expansion through stakeholder mapping, cross-sell & up-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and data-led reporting.
- Consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets in a competitive enterprise environment.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of proven success in enterprise/B2B software sales (ERP, SaaS, CRM, Tax Tech, or Finance platforms).
- CA qualification preferred, with the ability to converse and influence like a CFO.
- Demonstrated experience selling to large enterprises with measurable success stories.
- Strong consultative selling, solution mapping & financial storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation abilities.
- High ownership mindset-organized, energetic, and able to lead strategic deals end-to-end.
