Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of new systems and processes: The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the company and implementing new systems and processes to drive sales and increase efficiency.
- Customer profiling and CSM dashboards: The Business Operations Manager will develop customer profiling and customer service management (CSM) dashboards to help identify target customers for cross-selling and new integrations.
- Data analysis and KPI tracking: The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: The Business Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and implement operational improvements.
- Cost-optimization initiatives: The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing cost-optimization initiatives to reduce indirect costs and improve overall efficiency.
- Automation of sales pipelines and revenue projection: The Business Operations Manager will create automated sale pipelines and revenue projection mechanisms to streamline the sales process and improve accuracy.
- Use of PowerBI (Basics atleast): The Business Operations Manager will utilize PowerBI to automate reports and presentations, reducing manual work and improving the efficiency of data analysis.
- Conduct the monthly business meetings and quarter business meeting.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, with a focus on software solutions
- Strong experience with CRM systems(Zoho Preferred) and data analysis
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Advance Excel and other data tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
