Job Description : We are Food & Beverages Startup. Established in 2019, The brand is solving an emerging need gap in urban India, by bringing products that are affordable, convenient, tasty and often unique.

We are looking for a Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer who can provide executive leadership with overall responsibilities for planning, sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong proven profit and loss focus for a foods company, launching new products, and a track record of leading companies through rapid and profitable growth.

- A strong "people person," able to mentor subordinate managers and to harmonize fast-paced, collaborative operations environment.

- This role is based out of Navi Mumbai.

Description :

- Manage complete P&L and deliver sales growth while moving towards profitability through strengthening brand, new product introductions, geographical expansion, suitable manufacturing and channel strategies

- Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all sales activities including working capital cycles

- Lead employees in aligning and contextualizing their tasks with the long term strategy of the company

- Instill culture of speedy decision making, sales aggression and accountability

- Invest personal time in coaching direct reports and top team members

- Set up transparent appraisal system with annual/semi-annual cycles

- Set clear objectives for each team; review progress on weekly and monthly basis for continuous performance improvement

- Provide monthly report to the Board on key objectives and detailed financial analysis

- Technical knowledge will be an added advantage

Profile :

Mandatory :

- Demonstrated ability to be a creative problem solver including under ambiguity

- Motivation of the candidate for the task at hand, can see this as being personally hugely beneficial

- Ability to power through tough times and motivate others

- Experience of having led a business or independent P&L and managed multiple stakeholders

- Familiarity with FMCG / F&B / Ecommerce, especially in sales-oriented roles

Ideal experience :

Education : MBA from top B-school only

Experience : 0-5 years
